Being resilient does not imply that a person is resistant to stress, emotional disorder, and suffering. The ability to work through emotional pain and suffering is part of resilience. It is important to note that being resilient necessitates the development of a skill set that can be worked on and improved over time. Building resilience takes time, strength, and the support of others; you will most likely face setbacks along the way.
